Who you buy from

Items are sold by independent sellers. The seller is responsible for the item, its description and its condition. GrowMate runs the platform, arranges delivery and handles cash on delivery and refunds as described below.

Listings and prices

Listings show the price, unit (for example per pot or per tray), stock and the seller's location. Photos and descriptions come from the seller. Plant identification shown on a listing is informational.

The price you pay is the item price plus the delivery fee, both shown at checkout before you confirm. Buyers pay no marketplace fee.

Placing an order

When you confirm checkout, GrowMate creates the order with the price and delivery fee locked in. The seller then accepts or declines it. An order is not confirmed until the seller accepts it.

Cash on delivery

• Pay the rider in cash when the order arrives: the item price plus the delivery fee.
• Only pay the GrowMate rider assigned to your order. Never pay a seller or anyone else outside the app for a GrowMate order.
• The rider takes a photo as proof of delivery. You can see it in your order.

Cancelling

You can cancel while the order is pending or accepted and before a rider has been assigned. After a rider is assigned or has picked up the item, you cannot cancel; see Returns, Refunds & Cancellation.

If something is wrong

You can open a request in the app within 7 days of delivery. See Returns, Refunds & Cancellation.

Your responsibilities

• Give a correct delivery address and be reachable when the rider arrives.
• Have the exact amount ready if you can.
• Do not place orders you do not intend to accept. Repeated refused or failed deliveries may lead to account limits.
• Leave honest reviews based on your own purchase.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 7394), the Internet Transactions Act of 2023 (Republic Act No. 11967) or other consumer protection law.
